The first time I ate Japanese food was the Hiroshima-style Okonomiyaki at Q restaurant near Hiroshima University since I've arrived at here.
At that time, I could say only Wow! Because, it was really a huge pancake served by a big flat plate.
This time I got the chance to cook the Hiroshima style Okonomiyaki by myself while visiting at Otafuku wood egg center. Let me share these two photos of Okonomiyaki which were taken at different
