Pho is the Vietnamese noodles. There is a Vietnamese restaurant in Hiroshima City. The prices are really cheap but the tastes are great. Like this restaurant, there are so many foreign food restaurant in Hiroshima, for example, Indian, Chinese and Thai restaurant. So, you can enjoy not only Japanese foods but also plenty of foreign foods while you are staying at Japan. As for me, I do enjoy of eating Pho!

The first time I ate Japanese food was the Hiroshima-style Okonomiyaki at Q restaurant near Hiroshima University since I've arrived at here. At that time, I could say only Wow! Because, it was really a huge pancake served by a big flat plate. This time I got the chance to cook the Hiroshima style Okonomiyaki by myself while visiting at Otafuku wood egg center. Let me share these two photos of Okonomiyaki which were taken at different places and different time.

I'm Mai from Myanmar. Today, I visited to Otafuku plant as an ambassador. Since the entrance of the office, the welcoming signboard made me smile. This is the first time I cooked Hiroshima style Okonomiyaki in my life. For cooking Okonomiyaki, the most important thing is the quality of the sauces. Otafuku is producing the best quality of Okonomiyaki sauces in the world. #Learning Japanese culture through Okonomiyaki.

Today we, HSAA, got the chance to meet the high school students from America and Mexico. We shared our student life experiences in Japan. After that we had lunch together with them. Unexpectedly, we also got a lot of presents from them. This will be one of our valuable and happy moments in Japan!

My name is Nu Nu Mai. Mai means sunshine in my Kachin language. Kachin is one of major eight ethnicities of Myanmar. I am a first year master student of Graduate School for International Development and Cooperation (IDEC) in Hiroshima University. One of my hobbies is exploring new things, like taking adventure such as paragliding. I enjoy this because I am so curious and love to learn about new things.
