任命式＆第１回集合研修を実施しました！
＜2025年7月19日＞
2025年度は、たくさんの候補者の中から30名がひろしま留学大使として任命されました！
7月19日（土）、任命式と１回目の集合研修をおこないました。
午前中の任命式では、一人ひとりに任命状が授与されました。
午後からの研修では、さまざまな団体のボランティア活動などを自分で調べたり、グループで地域イベントの企画を考えたりして、今後、実際に活動をしていくための下準備を進めました。
これからひろしま留学大使は、次の２つの活動を行っていきます。
①広島留学の魅力を、毎月、SNSで発信する
②ボランティア活動やイベント企画などを通じた地域貢献に取り組む
今後も定期的に大使で集まり、それぞれが地域活動に参加する中での成果や課題を共有しながら活動結果をまとめていきます。

In 2025, 30 individuals were appointed as Hiroshima Study Abroad Ambassadors from among many candidates.
On Saturday, July 19, the appointment ceremony and the first group training session were held.
During the morning ceremony, each ambassador received an official letter of appointment.
In the afternoon, the training focused on preparing for future activities: participants researched various volunteer organizations and worked in groups to plan local events, laying the groundwork for their upcoming contributions.
From now on, they will engage in two key activities:
- Promoting the appeal of studying in Hiroshima through monthly social media posts
- Contributing to the local community through volunteer work and event planning
They will continue to meet regularly, sharing their experiences, achievements, and challenges from their community involvement.

日本文化体験＆第２回集合研修を実施しました！
＜2025年10月18日＞
🌿午前の部：日本文化体験（茶道）
正座やお箸の使い方に苦戦しながらも、みんなで楽しく茶道にチャレンジ🍵
礼儀作法やお菓子のいただき方、お点前を学び、先生が点てたお茶を一服。細やかな所作に戸惑いながらも、日本文化の奥深さに触れるひと時となりました。
🗣️午後の部：活動シェア＆振り返り発表
それぞれが地域で取り組んだボランティア活動やイベント参加について、全体でシェア。活動内容や感じたことをレポートにまとめ、発表しました。

🎪イベント企画班の取り組み
ボランティア活動とは別に、6名のイベント企画班が、炊き出しイベント「ダイドコロプロジェクト」の中で子どもたちと遊ぶ企画の検討を進めました。カンボジアの伝統的な遊びやスプーンレースなど、さまざまなアイデアを話し合いました。
子どもたちが笑顔になれるような企画を通じて、文化交流と地域とのつながりを深める準備が進んでいました！
🌱言語や文化の違いを乗り越え、地域の方々と積極的に関わることで、広島の街や人の魅力を発見できた有意義な研修となりました✨

今後もそれぞれが地域活動に参加し、次回の研修（2月28日）で振り返りをおこないます！大使たちの活躍をお楽しみに♪

🌿 Morning Session: Japanese Cultural Experience (Tea Ceremony)
Despite struggling with sitting in the traditional seiza position and using chopsticks, everyone enjoyed trying out the tea ceremony together 🍵.
They learned about etiquette, how to receive sweets, and the steps of preparing tea. While they were puzzled by the delicate movements, it was a moment to appreciate the depth of Japanese
culture.
🗣️ Afternoon Session: Activity Sharing & Reflection Presentations
Each participant shared their volunteer activities and event participation in local communities. They summarized their experiences and feelings in reports and presented them to the group.

🎪 Event Planning Team’s Efforts
Separate from the volunteer activities, a six-member event planning team worked on ideas for a play activity during the soup kitchen event “Daidokoro Project.”
They discussed various ideas such as traditional Cambodian games and spoon races.
Through these fun activities, they prepared to deepen cultural exchange and strengthen ties with the local community by bringing smiles to children’s faces!
🌱 A Meaningful Training Experience
By actively engaging with local residents and overcoming language and cultural differences, participants discovered the charm of Hiroshima’s people and city.

🍵午前の部：日本文化体験（茶道）
午前中は、お茶室での茶道体験でした。細やかな所作に戸惑いながらも、礼儀作法やお菓子のいただき方、お点前を学び、先生が点ててくださったお茶を味わいました。日本の伝統文化である茶道の繊細さに触れるひと時となりました🌿
🗣️午後の部：活動シェア＆振り返り発表
これまでの実践研修（各自が地域で取り組んできたボランティアやイベント企画）について振り返り、活動報告レポートにまとめました。感じたことや学びを発表し合うことで、多くの刺激と発見が生まれました。

🎈イベント企画班の取り組み
ボランティア活動とは別に、イベント企画班の6名が炊き出しイベント「ダイドコロプロジェクト」で、自分たちが考案した遊びブースを出展しました。中国、モーリシャス、カンボジアで親しまれている遊びを紹介し、来場した子どもたちと一緒に楽しみました。
ことばの壁に苦労する場面もありましたが、遊びを通して自然と笑顔が生まれ、国や文化の違いを越えて交流が広がりました🌏
地域の方々とのつながりも深まり、大使たちにとっても貴重な文化体験の機会となりました。

Participants took part in a tea ceremony experience held in a traditional tea room.
Although the delicate movements were initially challenging, they learned proper etiquette, how to enjoy the accompanying sweets, and the basic procedures of tea preparation.
They also had the opportunity to taste the matcha carefully prepared by the instructor.
It was a meaningful moment that allowed everyone to appreciate the refined beauty of Japan’s traditional tea culture. 🌿
🗣️ Afternoon Session: Activity Sharing & Reflection Presentations
In the afternoon, participants reflected on their practical training—such as volunteer work and community event planning carried out in their respective regions—and compiled their experiences
into activity reports.
By sharing what they learned and how they felt, they inspired one another and gained new insights.

🎈 Event Planning Team Initiatives
In addition to volunteer activities, six members of the event planning team presented their own game booth at the “Daidokoro Project,” a community meal event.
They introduced traditional games from China, Mauritius, and Cambodia, and enjoyed playing together with local children.
Although language barriers occasionally posed challenges, the shared experience of play naturally brought out smiles and fostered交流 that transcended cultural differences. 🌏
Through these activities, the ambassadors deepened their connections with the local community and gained valuable opportunities for cultural exchange.

修了式を開催しました！
＜2026年3月8日＞
7月に任命された30名のうち、28名が修了条件を見事クリアし、このたび無事に修了式を迎えました！🧑🎓
式では、一人ひとりに修了証が授与され、これまでの活動を振り返りながら、互いの成長をたたえ合う温かな時間となりました。
午後からは、着物着付け体験へ👘
初めて袖を通す学生も多く、着物姿で縮景園へ向かう道中も、終始仲間同士での撮影会状態で、とても微笑ましい光景でした📸🎶
縮景園では、見頃を迎えたミモザや日本庭園を背景に、思い思いに写真撮影を楽しみながら散策。和の文化に触れつつ、仲間とのひとときをゆっくり味わっていただけたのではないかと思います🌸
大使のみなさんの活動は、地域の方々の力にもなり、広島の地域貢献の一端を担うものとなりました。
みなさんが築いた地域とのつながりは、これから広島にやってくる未来の留学生たちにも、きっと受け継がれていくと信じています。
ひろしま留学大使のみなさん、本当にお疲れさまでした！
大使としての経験や、ここで出会った仲間との絆が、これからの人生を力強く支えてくれるはずです。
皆さんの未来がさらに輝かしいものとなることを心から願っています😊✨
Out of the 30 ambassadors appointed in July, 28 successfully fulfilled all the requirements and proudly attended the completion ceremony.🧑🎓
During the ceremony, each ambassador received their certificate, creating a warm and reflective moment as everyone looked back on their activities and celebrated one another’s growth.
In the afternoon, the ambassadors enjoyed a kimono dressing experience.👘
For many, it was their first time wearing a kimono, and on the way to Shukkeien, the group was happily taking photos of one another the entire time—almost like an impromptu photo session. It was a truly heartwarming sight.📸🎶
At Shukkeien, the ambassadors strolled through the garden, taking photos with the blooming mimosa and the beautiful Japanese landscape as their backdrop. It was a wonderful opportunity to experience Japanese culture while enjoying time with their fellow ambassadors.🌸
The ambassadors’ activities throughout the program not only supported local residents but also contributed meaningfully to the community.
We believe that the connections they built with the people of Hiroshima will continue to inspire and be passed on to future international students who come to the city.
To all Hiroshima Study Abroad Ambassadors—thank you so much for your hard work.
The experiences you gained and the friendships you formed here will surely become a strong foundation for your future.
