广岛的独特故事
你知道吗？在广岛的不同地区，有着当地不同特点的御好烧。今天，为了品尝在吴市流行的吴烧，我们来到了经营了60多年的老牌吴烧店——“YAMASHITA”。我想讲一下在吴市的这段独特故事。
吴烧的最大特点是半月形。 如图所示，面饼被折成两半。 鱿鱼天妇罗和吴烧非常相配，而荞麦面和乌冬面又有不同的风味。这家吴烧的味道真的很不错！。
当我们到“YAMASHITA”时，店主和一位常客也在那里。 店主似乎对自家店即将关闭的误传有些困扰，而那位常客则多次对着我们感叹 "年轻真好"。她们都很亲切，和我们聊了很多。比如关于御好烧的不同喜好、关于昔日的西条、关于吴市的黑社会等等故事，使我对广岛有了更多了解。
她们还向我们介绍了吴市的特色点心——"凤梨馒头"。 这是一种里面装满了菠萝酱的点心，味道非常类似于中国的糕点 "凤梨酥"。
来到“YAMASHITA”真是不虚此行! 我的吴市之行变得更加愉快了!

広島ならではのエピソード
広島には、地域によってさまざまなご当地お好み焼きがあるのをご存知ですか？今日は、呉市で親しまれる「呉焼き」を味わうため、創業60年を超える呉焼きの老舗の「やました」に訪れました。この呉ならではのエピソードを語りたいと思います。
「呉焼き」の一番の特徴は、半月形ですね。写真のように、生地が半分に折られました。イカ天と呉焼きはとても合い、そばとうどんの味もそれぞれ違います。本当においしかったです！
「やました」に訪れた時、店主と常連の人がいました。「もうすぐ閉店」という間違えた口コミに少し困っているような店主、「若いっていいね」と何回も言っていた常連さん、二人ともとても親切で、たくさん話しかけてくれました。お好み焼きに対するすきずき、昔の西条の話、呉のヤクザの話などいろいろ聞くことができ、広島のことをもっと知るようになりました。
呉の名物の「鳳梨萬頭（おんらいまんとう）」も紹介してくれました。饅頭の中にたっぷりのパイナップルジャムが入っていて、中華菓子の「鳳梨酥」の味と似ています！
「やました」に来てよかったです！呉の旅がもっと楽しくなりました！

Experiences in Hiroshima
Do you know that different areas in Hiroshima have different local flavors of okonomiyaki? Today, we visited Yamashita, a long-established okonomiyaki restaurant that has been open for more than 60 years, in order to taste okonomiyaki, which is popular in Kure City. I would like to tell this experience in Kure City.
The most distinctive feature of Kure-yaki is its half-moon shape. As shown in the picture, the batter was folded into two halves. Squid tempura and Kure-yaki was a great match, while soba and udon noodles had different flavors. The taste of Kure-yaki was really nice!
When we arrived at Yamashita, the owner and a regular customer were also there. The owner seemed a bit confused by the misinformation that the restaurant would soon close, while the regular customer commented to us several times that it was "nice to be young". They were both very kind and talked to us a lot. For example, stories about different preferences of okonomiyaki, about Saijo in the old days, about the yakuza in Kure City, and so on, made me understand more about Hiroshima.
They also introduced a Kure City specialty sweets, "pineapple buns" to us. It is a kind of sweet filled with pineapple sauce and tastes very similar to the Chinese pastry "pineapple cake".
It was a great visit to "Yamashita"! My trip to Kure City became more enjoyable!
