The public transportation such as bus, local train, even Shinkansen have stopped until today.
Some people here face panic buying in some markets since the typhoon in 2018 was severe, which made Shinkansen flooded.
The warning alert was spread frequently such as being ready for evacuation, reserving clean water, etc.
We cannot go to school or work during typhoon or heavy rain.
Meanwhile, in my country, there is no specific warning in heavy rain and we still go for work or school although it is flooding.
