Hello, everyone! I am Mai from Myanmar.
Do you know there was a free networking event organized by Hiroshima Myanmar Association at Hiroshima International Plaza on last Sunday?
Many Myanmar students, Japanese people and guests from other countries came and joined the event. The event started by playing Tsunahiki sports (tug-of-war). Then, we, all participants, enjoyed Myanmar national food, (fish soup noodles) mohinga, desserts and also Japanese foods. Additionally, we enjoyed Myanmar dances; U-Shwe Yo & Daw Moe and ancient Bagan dance.
We all were even dancing Kachin Manau dance together at the free time. The event was marvelous as we share the joy and laughter together by playing sports, tasting Myanmar food, and dancing together.
At last but not least, if you are at Hiroshima, please grab the chance and join in that kind of cultural exchange event because it was so nice and fun, and besides, it could kill your unmentionable kind of stresses.
